Submitting photos for school review

Submit your profile photo, photo ID, or a student photo and track school review.

What this article covers

Use this article when your school asks you to provide a profile photo, a photo ID, or a photo of your child through SpurrCampus.

Your school has enabled photo submissions on your organization plan.
You are signed in as a parent or guardian linked to the correct school.
For a student photo, your child appears under My student accounts with an active link.

Sign in to the SpurrCampus web portal for your school.
To submit your profile photo or photo ID: open My profile, expand Photos, then choose Submit photo or Submit photo ID.
Crop the image in the crop window if prompted, then confirm the upload.
While status is Pending school review, your current photo stays unchanged. You can Replace the file or Withdraw the submission from the same Photos section.
To submit a student photo: open My student accounts (or the student detail page), choose Submit photo for that child, crop if prompted, and confirm.
If the school declines the photo, read the reason shown next to the slot, then choose Submit photo / Submit photo ID / Resubmit photo to try again.
When staff accept the submission, the new photo becomes the official record. You may also receive an email and inbox message about the outcome.

Your submission is waiting for school review, or an accepted photo appears on your profile or student record.

If Photos or Submit photo is missing, ask the school to confirm photo submissions are enabled and that your role can submit.
If a child is missing from My student accounts, ask the school to confirm your student assignment.
School staff review submissions on the Photo submissions page; only they can Accept or Decline. Decline requires a reason that is shown to you; any internal staff note is not shared.
Refresh the page or app and try again before reporting an issue.
